১. ডেলিভারি এলাকা

• আমরা বাংলাদেশের অভ্যন্তরে ডেলিভারি প্রদান করি।

• কিছু দূরবর্তী বা দুর্গম এলাকায় ডেলিভারি সময় বেশি লাগতে পারে।

২. ডেলিভারি সময়

• সাধারণত অর্ডার কনফার্ম হওয়ার পর ২–৫ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন করা হয়।

• বিশেষ পরিস্থিতিতে (প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, হরতাল, কুরিয়ার সমস্যা ইত্যাদি) ডেলিভারি বিলম্ব হতে পারে।

৩. ডেলিভারি চার্জ

• ডেলিভারি চার্জ পণ্যের ধরন, ওজন ও ডেলিভারি লোকেশনের উপর নির্ভর করে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।

• অর্ডার কনফার্ম করার সময় ডেলিভারি চার্জ জানিয়ে দেওয়া হবে।

৪. ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (যদি প্রযোজ্য)

• নির্দিষ্ট এলাকায় ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD) সুবিধা প্রযোজ্য।

• ডেলিভারি ম্যানের কাছে পণ্য গ্রহণের সময় সম্পূর্ণ টাকা পরিশোধ করতে হবে।

৫. পণ্য গ্রহণের সময় নির্দেশনা

• পণ্য গ্রহণের সময় কুরিয়ার প্যাকেজ ভালোভাবে চেক করুন।

• কুরিয়ার ম্যান চলে যাওয়ার পর কোনো দৃশ্যমান ড্যামেজের অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য নাও হতে পারে।

৬. ভুল ঠিকানা বা যোগাযোগ সমস্যা

• গ্রাহক প্রদত্ত ভুল ঠিকানা বা ভুল ফোন নম্বরের কারণে ডেলিভারি ব্যর্থ হলে Wit Lifestyle দায়ী থাকবে না।

• পুনরায় ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রে অতিরিক্ত চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে।

৭. ডেলিভারি ব্যর্থ হলে

• গ্রাহক বারবার কল রিসিভ না করলে বা পণ্য গ্রহণে অনীহা প্রকাশ করলে অর্ডার বাতিল করা হতে পারে।

• এ ধরনের ক্ষেত্রে অগ্রিম ডেলিভারি চার্জ কেটে নেওয়া হতে পারে।

৮. বিশেষ নোট

• অনুগ্রহ করে ১০০% নিশ্চিত হয়ে অর্ডার করুন।

• যেকোনো তথ্য জানার থাকলে অর্ডার করার আগে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন।

Delivery Rules (English)

Please read the delivery rules carefully before placing an order with Wit Lifestyle.

1. Delivery Area

• We deliver across Bangladesh.

• Delivery to remote areas may take additional time.

2. Delivery Time

• Orders are usually delivered within 2–5 working days after confirmation.

• Delivery delays may occur due to courier issues, natural disasters, or unavoidable circumstances.

3. Delivery Charges

• Delivery charges vary based on product type, weight, and delivery location.

• Applicable charges will be communicated during order confirmation.

4. Cash on Delivery (If Applicable)

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in selected areas.

• Full payment must be made at the time of delivery.

5. Product Receiving Instructions

• Please check the package carefully at the time of delivery.

• Complaints regarding visible damage may not be accepted after the courier personnel leaves.

6. Incorrect Address or Contact Issues

• Wit Lifestyle is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer.

• Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

7. Failed Delivery

• Orders may be canceled if the customer is unreachable or refuses to accept the delivery.

• Advance delivery charges may be deducted in such cases.
